Eden Forman
Hi, I’m Eden Forman!
I am a clinical psychology doctoral candidate who works with children, teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and grounding, offering both understanding and practical tools for meaningful change.
My work has been shaped by ten years as a respite caregiver for individuals with developmental differences, including autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and other neurodivergent profiles. This experience informs my neurodivergent-affirming lens and deep appreciation for the complexities of family systems and caregiver stress. I support neurodivergent individuals and families in navigating environments that are not always designed with their needs in mind, while honoring strengths and individuality.
I have also worked in PHP and IOP settings supporting adults with OCD, depression, and anxiety. I enjoy partnering with parents through coaching informed by low-demand parenting, Triple P, and 1-2-3 Magic, helping caregivers feel more confident and aligned in supporting their child.
My approach is warm, relational, and individualized. Together, we explore patterns and actively practice skills that extend beyond the therapy room, strengthening emotional regulation, communication, well-being and connection in everyday life.
I look forward to connecting with you.
